REMINDER:
T90 Ranch is a pack-in, pack-out site. Take all your trash with you! This includes broken gear of any sort. The SCA is known for leaving sites better than we found it – help us keep this fabulous site by adhering to that goal!
ADA Note:
ADA Camping is available. This is situated closer to the main arena for ease of access.
Site is relatively flat and there are paved / graveled pathways throughout.
We are bringing Volk’s Wagon (golf cart) services back this year. There will be a regular route to and from camping to the main buildings.
Additionally, this year we will have an ADA charging station in the main arena, so if you are camping without power and need a place to charge medical devices or batteries, there will be a spot for you to do so.
Merchant sign-up is now closed.
The sign-up to teach a class is closed. Thank you to all our fabulous teachers!
Classes that are currently being offered at Autumn War can be found HERE – more may be added! Check site copy for days and times.

More information will be coming!
From our Gate lead:
Greetings, mighty populace! Autumn War is fast approaching, and we need your help to make it a success! One of the most important tasks is manning the Gate — the first smiling face our guests see as they arrive.
- Shifts are typically 2 hours
- Sit in the shade, check people in, and answer basic questions
- You get to meet people from all over the Kingdom!
If you can volunteer, even for a short shift, please reach out to our Gate lead (email below) or fill out your availability here: GATE VOLUNTEER FORM
Questions? Contact our Gate lead at faeswilliams@gmail.com.
From Family Activities:
I come before you with a request! Family Activities is in needs of your odds and ends as it were. We need trims for a class, but we need only those small lengths that you were loathe to throw away because you may find a good use for them. We have good use for them!
Anything around 10 inches or greater will be of great use. The trims can be lace, ribbons, woven, beaded, anything that would make a beautiful cuff, ruff or accent on our children’s wrists.
Your Family Activities thanks you kindly for your generosity!
Unused trims can be reclaimed or will be used to create children’s largess for the kingdom.
Donations can be brought to Blatha An Oir’s Fighters practice or dropped off at the event itself in the Family Activities area. Your contact person is Sigridr Eiriskona.
Feel free to message on Facebook, mundane name Emily Guerrant, or at emyannflux@yahoo.com.
If you have any interest in assisting with the event, please reach out to Mestari Rosa Marcella or Lord Myskia Billingr.
